This page is for all those natural products which we have carefully made in response to specific problems - you know these ailments which in times past would have required a visit to your local Hedgewitch. The wise woman from your community would have mixed up a potion containing herbs, oils and other less savoury ingredients to cure anything from plague to pestilence. We still subscribe to the completely natural bit but prefer to leave out the unsavoury aspect.

Wildcrafted herbs and botanicals, especially ones indigenous to the country one lives in are a gentle, effective alternative to harsh, drying chemical treatments for skin conditions. It makes sense to try to find the purest products possible to put on your precious skin - after all, it has to last you a lifetime.

We are constantly seeking to improve and expand our range and welcome suggestions or tips from our loyal customers as to traditional remedies we can include in our range.


Natural Insect Repellents

A couple of years ago I sprayed a well known chemical laden Mozzie product on my face and immediately my eyes and lips swelled and my skin reddened and came out in an itchy rash. Never again.

Dermatologists often recommend the use of goats milk products to those suffering from skin complaints. As well as having the same ph as the human skin, goats milk contains Caprylic Acid which helps maintain a slightly acidic tenor to the skin as well as having a highly effective anti-fungal action against the yeasts present in some skin conditions. The vitamins, proteins, minerals and alpha hydroxy acids contained in goats milk are highly beneficial to all skin types. We use flaxseed oil for its high proportion of essential fatty acids (EFAs) - important for healthy skin and top it all off with Propolis - Natures perfect antifungal, antiviral and antibiotic system. Weve left this light moisturiser unfragranced as the Propolis naturally adds a honey fragrance to the mix and the natural colour.

Some customers say they experience a slight but pleasant tingling sensation when first using our cream possibly due to the natural ingredients getting down to work but everyone who has used it is impressed by its effectiveness. Use as often as required - you only need a very little.
